Why Sticky Coaching?

Because when you are team building, high-performance teams operate on sound principles. The right leadership team makes the difference in high performance or poor performance.

Sticky Coaching Principles

  • Teams conform to the organization's culture and or they create the culture. They have an ideal balance of compatible personalities, talents, and strengths.
  • Great teams are driven first by the right mixture of personality, charter, and cultural imperatives, and secondarily by the individual talents of the team members.
  • Great teams are built over time, intentionally and formed in the image of their purpose.

Assessments completed, printed and reviewed.

A comprehensive profile report identifying Passion, Purpose, and Potential Drivers (P3), Strengths, Behaviors, Personality, Interest Inventory, weaknesses, career objectives, and preferred team roles.

Assessment-driven Motive Passion Deevlopment - Interview user in the development of their motivating passion.

Identification of the team members "motivating passion" in a written statement. Discovery of personal drivers and how they relate to individual and team goals.

Assessment-driven Interpretive session guided by the discovery process. Identify potential and purpose in alignment with their motivating passion.

Team members will gain an understanding of their personal potential, purpose, and passion. The will have an actionable understanding of how to use what they learn about themselves to make better everyday decisions.

Assessment-driven Interactive Team Building Session.

Team members will develop an understanding of how to become more effective using their P3 drivers in decision making. Team members will develop a better understanding of how their strengths and weaknesses impact the team and the company.

Leverage Team Effectiveness through collaborative task-related discussions which Inspire the utilization of each members P3 drivers.

Develop the team-wide understanding of each member’s strengths and how to leverage each other’s strengths in executing company priorities.

Active task engagement with individual team members and a Sticky Coach with the goal of making the integration of their strengths, behaviors, and personality into their decision-making process a daily habit.

Team members will build an understanding of how to apply their personal strengths, behaviors, and personality to the decision process involved in tasks they are actively accomplishing.

Collaborative Discussions are held with team members to determine the amount of leverage the Sticky Coaching process is giving them. Course correction throughout the entire process.

Team members receive interactive guidance on how to better integrate who they are with what they do. This step is where everyone learns to ask more "should I" questions and fewer "can I" questions.
